Partería y Medicinas Ancestrales is a community-based association in Baja California dedicated to providing comprehensive sexual, reproductive, maternal, and newborn health services through the traditional knowledge and practice of midwifery.

Our work is grounded in the belief that every person deserves respectful, culturally informed, and dignified care—regardless of their background, status, or ability to pay. While we offer private services, a core part of our mission is to provide free support for migrants, people in transition, and families facing vulnerable circumstances.

With a team of skilled traditional midwives, we offer compassionate accompaniment throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, as well as guidance on personal wellness, reproductive autonomy, and ancestral healing practices.

We collaborate with local communities, health networks, and humanitarian initiatives to ensure safe births and accessible care for everyone who seeks our support.
